Prioritise work based on what matters now.
Sequence tasks using operational priority, inventory demand and current warehouse conditions instead of static task lists.
Introducing RAMS AI Vision — Intelligent Warehouse Perception
RAMS connects tasks, MHEs, operators, pallets and warehouse zones into one execution layer — helping teams assign work faster, reduce unnecessary movement, manage exceptions and improve shift productivity.
Prioritise and sequence warehouse tasks as conditions change.
Connect the right MHE and operator to the right piece of work.
Track task progress, movement and completion across the floor.
Use execution data to reduce delays, travel and idle time.
ATOS
The RAMS Automated Task Orchestration System (ATOS) connects warehouse demand with available people, MHEs, pallets and locations so tasks can be prioritised, assigned, tracked and improved in one flow.
Assign pick, drop, replenishment and movement tasks based on operational priority, task location and resource availability.
Connect tasks with suitable MHEs and authorised operators to improve accountability and reduce manual coordination.
Use zone, rack, pallet and MHE location data for dynamic route optimisation, helping reduce avoidable warehouse travel.
Escalate urgent work, blocked tasks, inventory mismatches and other execution exceptions so teams can respond quickly.
Measure task completion, waiting time, movement time and execution performance across shifts, zones, MHEs and operators.
Track how pallets move through storage, picking, staging and dispatch to identify re-handling, delays and inefficient flow.
Execution Layer
Sequence tasks using operational priority, inventory demand and current warehouse conditions instead of static task lists.
Reduce waiting and manual dispatching by linking task demand with resource availability and location.
Identify waiting, repeated movement, blocked tasks and zone-level bottlenecks so supervisors can improve daily execution.
How it works
ATOS helps translate warehouse demand into executable tasks and keeps each task connected to its resource, location and completion status.
Capture movement, picking, replenishment or exception demand from warehouse operations.
Rank tasks by urgency, inventory importance, destination and operational need.
Connect the task with an available MHE, operator and execution path.
Monitor task progress, movement status and exceptions while work is being executed.
Use execution history to improve task sequencing, resource use and warehouse flow.
Dynamic Reprioritisation
If an incoming truck is stuck in traffic, the warehouse manager can update the delay in the system. ATOS then uses that input to re-sequence tasks, shift priorities and align MHE and operator effort with the revised arrival time.
The shift starts with planned unloading, staging, replenishment and dispatch activities already sequenced for the expected truck arrival.
The inbound truck is delayed due to traffic, which means the original unloading and follow-on tasks can no longer happen as planned.
The revised ETA can come through an integrated GPS tracker or a manual update by the warehouse manager.
ATOS reorders pending work, shifts task priority and reallocates MHE and operator attention during the delay window.
Supervisors and operators work from a revised plan that reduces idle time and protects throughput.
Analytics Layer
Go beyond task counts. Analyse task completion, waiting, travel, exceptions and execution performance across shifts, zones, operators and MHEs.
Operational Value
ATOS gives warehouse teams a shared view of what needs to happen, who is doing it, where it is happening and what is delaying completion.
See open tasks, delayed work and exceptions in real time so shifts can be managed proactively instead of through constant follow-up.
Receive clearer task direction and reduce unnecessary travel, waiting and repeated movement across the warehouse.
Connect replenishment, pallet movement and exception tasks with inventory priority and actual location data.
Track execution productivity, task completion and operational bottlenecks across warehouses from a common framework.
Proven Results
Global operations teams trust RAMS Warehouse Execution to orchestrate tasks, coordinate resources and protect shift productivity across their networks.
Dynamic assignment and sequencing lifted completed task volume without adding headcount or equipment.
Route optimisation across zones cut empty and repeated MHE movement between task locations.
Tasks closed within their planned window, measured across shifts, zones, operators and MHEs.
Average task cycle time from assignment to completion, tracked continuously across the floor.
Blocked tasks, mismatches and priority escalations reached the right operator sooner.
Paper run-sheets and radio dispatching replaced by one live, shared execution queue.
